Booking and Reservation:

All reservations are subject to availability.
To secure a booking, guests must provide valid personal information and payment details.
Guests must be of legal age to make a reservation and stay on the premises.
Payment:

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
We accept credit cards and cash.
Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellations made fifteen days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
100% refund within 15 days before arrival, 75% refund within 10 days prior to arrival, 50% refund within 3 days before arrival, and 0% refund before 3 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged the booking amount.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property during their stay.
Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, are strictly prohibited.
Hostel management reserves the right to evict guests who violate house rules without refund.
Liability:

The hostel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables in provided lockers.
Changes to Reservation:

Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Any changes must be requested in writing and confirmed by hostel management.
General Policies:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises.
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Privacy Policy:

Guest information is collected for the sole purpose of completing reservations and ensuring a personalized experience.
Information will not be shared with third parties without the guest’s explicit consent.
By confirming a reservation at La Hamaca Hostel, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
